I’m always happy to discuss your project initially over the phone, email and of course a visit without charge or obligation. We may well set you project in the right direction in 20 minutes, but the more time spent establishing what is required early on pays dividends later. That said, sometimes, particularly with residential projects what is needed is just sensible advise. For this reason I’ve found producing an initial feasibility study to be particularly cost effective, these can usually be produced for about £300.

A feasibility study usually includes:

   scheme viability
   space planning (subject to available information such as old    plans, estate agents particulars etc)
   design concept
   budget estimation
   resource recomendation
